  • Due Diligence Statement – Submit the required statement before placing products on the EU market or exporting them.
  • Non-Compliance Prevention – Do not place or export products with non-negligible compliance risks.
  • EUDR Compliance Officer – Appoint a management-level officer responsible for EUDR compliance.
  • Policies & Controls – Establish effective policies, controls, and procedures to manage EUDR compliance risks.
  • Independent Audit – Maintain an independent audit function to verify the effectiveness of policies, controls, and procedures.
  • Annual Review – Review the due diligence system at least once a year.
  • Record Keeping – Maintain relevant records for at least five years .
